How to make garlic mushrooms
My todays post is about  how to make garlic mushrooms.
This is a great snack item.
1/2lb 250 grms of mushrooms sliced (or any other vegtable*) tomatoes work well
1 clove of garic chopped
1/2 bunch of coriander (thats a handfull)
1 oz 25grms of butter
salt and pepper

Over a gentle heat add the butter, garlic and mushrooms to a frying pan and cook till garic and mushrooms are soft. Add the coriander and salt and peper and cook for another 30 seconds.

Serve on dry toast ( there is butter in the mushrooms so no need to butter the toast) or

Serve on a baked potato ( this is great if you add some cheese on top and flash under the grill) or

Serve as a side dish

* if using vegtables like green beans part boil first to reduce the cooking time.
